The 12th Street Marina is currently an expanse of mudflat with a barge dock in the southeast corner. The new plan adds more than 200 slips, ranging from 35-70 feet, including permanent, guest moorage, haul-out facilities for vessels up to 50 tons or approximately 20-70 feet in length, and a transient moorage float at the west end of the Marina along the Snohomish River Channel.

This new marina will compliment the planned redevelopment of the North Marina Area.
