The Mukilteo Tank Farm, for years owned by the US Air Force, is a decommissioned fuel tank site that sits along the Mukilteo waterfront. The development potential for this stretch of property has been under discussion for many years. The Air Force is currently cleaning up environmental contamination on the site. Once this clean-up is complete, the property will be conveyed to the Port of Everett . This is likely to occur in 2004-2005.
