Conceptual Design

The Port of Everett's North Marina Redevelopment is a multi-district, multi-phase, master planned effort aimed at transforming the North Marina area into an urban neighborhood, with round the clock activity. The redevelopment will include boat sales and services, small retail stores, professional and large floor office space, as well as housing. The area is bordered by the existing marina to the south, the Snohomish River to the west, and a new marina and boat yard to the north. The area will be surrounded by a pedestrian esplanade, following the water's edge, and will feature a water side plaza for public enjoyment.

The redevelopment effort is lead by Maritime Trust Inc. an experienced leader in redevelopment work.
